All our Coats & Jackets have variable measurements due to the different styles available.
Please note: Due to the volume of orders we've received over the Christmas period, we're experiencing slight dispatch delays of 1-2 working days. We're working to resolve this as quickly as possible. Post Christmas Shipping
Our usual delivery timescales will vary over the Christmas holiday period. Orders will be processed as follows:
▪ Orders placed after 12pm (GMT) on 20th December (excluding UK Express) aim to be processed for shipment by w/c 06/01/25 (latest), at which point our usual delivery methods/timescales will resume.
▪ ⚠️ Please note: Any 'Express Shipping' orders placed during our 'Post Christmas Shipping' periods will only be processed for shipment on 27/12/24 and 02/01/25. No shipping refunds can be given for delays to our usual 'Express Shipping' timeframes. Please take this into consideration when selecting a shipping method during these times.

To ensure your delivery arrives in time for Christmas, please see below for our recommended order cut-off dates. We advise you to order with us as early as you can to ensure you receive your goods in time for Christmas.

Extended Christmas Returns
Any item(s) purchased from our website between Friday 1st November 2024 and Monday 23rd December 2024 can be returned to us up until (and including) Friday 17th January 2025. Any order(s) placed after 23/12/2024 will be subject to our standard 14 days Returns Policy.
