As a Rewards Club member you can now start earning WO-COIN points for every £1 you spend. The more you spend, the more we'll reward you. You'll also get access to a host of exclusive member rewards as you make your way up through the tiers.
*Refer a Friend: Give a friend 15% off their first purchase with us if they spend over £35. If your friend completes this first purchase (using your referral link), you will receive 1000 WO-Coin Points into your account.

This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn WO-COIN points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off future purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.
Anyone who signs up with a Weekend Offender customer account is automatically enrolled.
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. See above for all the ways you can earn points.
Simply Login to your customer account and click the 'WO-COIN™ Rewards Club' link to visit your unique Reward Club page and view your points balance.
Don't worry, you'll still get your account creation points. If you already held a Weekend Offender customer account prior to our Rewards Club going live on 8th September 2022, please email us at customercare@weekendoffender.com, and we'll be happy to add 100 WO-COIN points to your account.
Login to your account and select the tab called *Redeem Points*. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
Sometimes your points will be in a 'Pending' state. This is likely after a purchase. There is a 14 day approval window that applies. After the 14 days has passed, your points will automatically become 'Approved', and you can then redeem them for discounts.
* **Approved:** These points can be redeemed on rewards
immediately
* **Pending:** These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
* **Cancelled:** These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
