Any item(s) purchased from our website between Monday 12th November 2018 and Thursday 20th December 2018 (before 12pm, GMT) can be returned to us up until Monday 14th January 2019.
Any order(s) placed after 12pm on 20th December 2018 can be returned within our standard 14 days of purchase.
All of our UK deliveries are sent via DPD. All orders placed before 14:00 GMT (Monday – Friday) are guaranteed for despatch the same day. If an order is made after 14:00 GMT we cannot guarantee despatch the same day. We do not deliver to PO boxes as we require a signature upon delivery. Please see below for a full breakdown of our UK shipping times & costs. The delivery times shown are approximate.
