All our orders are processed, shipped and fulfilled during WORKING DAYS only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Unfortunately we don't deliver on Weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or on Bank Holidays.

To qualify for 'Free UK Shipping' your basket of goods must total £50.00 or over. This promotion applies to UK shipping destinations only and will take approximately 5-7 working days.

**UK Express
All orders placed before 14:00 (GMT/BST) Monday – Friday, are guaranteed for dispatch the same day. If an order is made after 14:00 (GMT/BST) we cannot guarantee dispatch the same day. We do not deliver to PO boxes as we require a signature upon delivery.

Expected Delivery Examples
If you were to place an order with us on a Monday (before 2pm GMT/BST) using our UK Express method (1-2 Working Days), you can expect to receive your order the following day (Tuesday). If you ordered this item after 2pm, it is likely to arrive on the Wednesday.

However, if you were to place an order with us on a Friday using our UK Express method (1-2 Working Days), your order would be with you by the next available working day, which would be either Monday or Tuesday, depending on the time your order was placed.
