SHIPPING RESTRICTIONSDue to international customs regulations, our Silver Chains are unavailable for shipment to the following countries due to import restrictions on Jewellery and/or Precious Metals:
American Samoa, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Benin, Bhutan, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Cook Islands, Cuba, Falkland Islands, French Guyana, French Polynesia, Greenland, Guinea Republic, Guinea-Bissau, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Israel, Kiribati, Korea (The D.P.R of), Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Libya, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Mayotte, Mexico, Montenegro, Namibia, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Palau, Paraguay, Philippines, Russia, Saipan, Samoa, Sao Tome & Principe, Solomon Islands, Swaziland, Syria, Tahiti, Tajikistan, Togo, Tonga, Tunisia, Tuvalu, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Virgin Islands (US) and Yemen.
If we receive any Silver Chain orders for shipment to any of these countries we will contact you, explain why we need to cancel the order and ensure a full refund is made. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
SHIPPING COSTSTo ensure safe and secure transit of each chain, our European & International shipping costs may vary from our standard rates. If applicable, these new rates will be shown on-screen during checkout based on your selected shipping destination.
FURTHER INFORMATIONIf any other items are included in your order, these items will be shipped out to you at the same time as the chain.
Each chain will be individually quality checked prior to shipment.
To be eligible for an exchange/refund, our Silver Chains must be returned in their original presentation box (and packaging) within 14 days of receiving your goods. We will not accept returns where there are signs of damage or having been excessively worn.
