To ensure your delivery arrives in time for Christmas, please see below for our recommended order cut-off dates. We advise you to order with us as early as you can to ensure you receive your goods in time for Christmas.
Please note: All delivery timescales and order cut-off dates shown are approximate only, we cannot accept liability for any carriage delays during the festive period.

*Up to 20 Working Days: Deliveries to a select number of EU countries may take longer than normally expected (up to 20 working days) due to individual border control regulations. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. These countries are: Bulgaria, Russia and Sweden.
Post Christmas Shipping
Our usual delivery timescales will vary over the Christmas holiday period. Orders will be processed as follows:
▪ Orders placed between Wednesday 20th December (after 12pm GMT) and Tuesday 26th December, aim to be processed for shipment on the 27th and 28th December.
▪ Orders placed after Tuesday 26th December will be processed for shipment from 2nd January 2024 onwards (at which point our usual delivery methods/timescales will resume).
⚠️ Please note: Any 'Express Shipping' orders placed during our 'Post Christmas Shipping' periods will only be processed within the timeframes stated. No shipping refunds can be given for delays to our usual 'Express Shipping' timeframes. Please take this into consideration when selecting a shipping method during this time.
Extended Christmas Returns
Any item(s) purchased from our website between Monday 6th November 2023 and Friday 22nd December 2023 can be returned to us up until (and including) Friday 12th January 2024. Any order(s) placed after 22/12/2023 will be subject to our standard 14 days Returns Policy.
