Weekend Offender has an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to lead our Sheffield flagship. This is a high profile role with full ownership of a flagship environment. We are open to experienced Store Managers or strong Assistant Store Managers ready to step up, if the attitude, leadership and mindset are right.
Job Specification
As Store Manager of the Sheffield flagship, you will take full responsibility for the performance, standards and culture of the store. You will be visible on the shop floor, lead from the front, and build a team that understands how to trade properly. This is about ownership, consistency and doing the basics exceptionally well in a flagship setting.
Your Role Will Include
āŖ Full ownership of sales performance and KPIs
āŖ Setting daily, weekly and monthly trading priorities
āŖ Leading and developing a flagship store team
āŖ Recruiting, onboarding and training new starters for launch and beyond
āŖ Creating a strong, disciplined and positive store culture
āŖ Being highly visible on the shop floor and setting the pace
āŖ Managing rotas, payroll and staffing levels
āŖ Maintaining flagship level merchandising and visual standards
āŖ Full responsibility for stock management, deliveries and loss prevention
āŖ Ensuring all operational, cash handling and compliance procedures are followed
āŖ Acting as the main link between the store and head office
Requirements
āŖ Full time contract
āŖ Previous Store Manager experience or strong Assistant Store Manager experience with readiness to step up
āŖ Proven leadership capability and confidence running a store
āŖ Strong commercial awareness and trading instinct
āŖ Ability to build, coach and retain high performing teams
āŖ Calm and decisive leadership style under pressure
āŖ Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
