Job Specification
As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the day to day running of the store. You will lead by example on the shop floor, maintain high operational standards, and help ensure a consistent and professional customer experience during all trading periods.
Your Role Will Include
āŖ Leading the team on the shop floor and setting clear standards and expectations
āŖ Delivering and reinforcing a consistently high standard of client service
āŖ Acting as a visible point of contact for clients and supporting the team with service delivery
āŖ Leading by example in providing confident, knowledgeable, and client focused interactions
āŖ Supporting store opening and closing procedures, including key holding and cash handling
āŖ Maintaining visual merchandising and presentation standards
āŖ Supporting deliveries, replenishment, and stock organisation
āŖ Acting as a visible point of leadership during peak trading periods
āŖ Supporting management with daily operational tasks and floor management
Requirements
āŖ Previous Supervisor experience preferred but not essential
āŖ Minimum 2 years retail experience in a fast paced environment
āŖ Strong communication skills and natural leadership qualities
āŖ Ability to remain calm and organised during busy trading periods
āŖ Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
