Job Specification
As a Retail Stylist, you will represent the Weekend Offender brand on the shop floor, delivering a professional and engaging client experience. You will take pride in product knowledge, presentation, and service, while supporting the smooth day to day operation of the store.
Your Role Will Include
āŖ Delivering a best in class, welcoming, and professional client experience through confident, informed product and styling advice
āŖ Supporting daily store operations including deliveries and replenishment
āŖ Maintaining shop floor, fitting room, and back of house standards
āŖ Following visual merchandising guidance to ensure consistent presentation
āŖ Supporting seasonal changes and window updates
āŖ Operating tills accurately and maintaining a tidy point of sale area
āŖ Representing the brand through professional appearance and conduct
Requirements
āŖ Previous retail experience beneficial but not essential
āŖ Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with clients
āŖ Interest in menswear, product, and brand culture
āŖ High attention to detail and pride in presentation
āŖ Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
