Job Specification
As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the day to day running of the store. You will lead by example on the shop floor, maintain high operational standards, and help ensure a consistent and professional customer experience during all trading periods.
Your Role Will Include
▪ Leading the team on the shop floor and setting clear standards and expectations
▪ Delivering and reinforcing a consistently high standard of client service
▪ Acting as a visible point of contact for clients and supporting the team with service delivery
▪ Leading by example in providing confident, knowledgeable, and client focused interactions
▪ Supporting store opening and closing procedures, including key holding and cash handling
▪ Maintaining visual merchandising and presentation standards
▪ Supporting deliveries, replenishment, and stock organisation
▪ Acting as a visible point of leadership during peak trading periods
▪ Supporting management with daily operational tasks and floor management
Requirements
▪ Previous Supervisor experience preferred but not essential
▪ Minimum 2 years retail experience in a fast paced environment
▪ Strong communication skills and natural leadership qualities
▪ Ability to remain calm and organised during busy trading periods
▪ Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
