Job Specification
As a Retail Stylist, you will represent the Weekend Offender brand on the shop floor, delivering a professional and engaging client experience. You will take pride in product knowledge, presentation, and service, while supporting the smooth day to day operation of the store.
Your Role Will Include
▪ Delivering a best in class, welcoming, and professional client experience through confident, informed product and styling advice
▪ Supporting daily store operations including deliveries and replenishment
▪ Maintaining shop floor, fitting room, and back of house standards
▪ Following visual merchandising guidance to ensure consistent presentation
▪ Supporting seasonal changes and window updates
▪ Operating tills accurately and maintaining a tidy point of sale area
▪ Representing the brand through professional appearance and conduct
Requirements
▪ Previous retail experience beneficial but not essential
▪ Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with clients
▪ Interest in menswear, product, and brand culture
▪ High attention to detail and pride in presentation
▪ Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
