Post Christmas Shipping
Orders placed after 12pm (GMT) on 22nd December aim to be processed for shipment by w/c 05/01/26 (at the latest), at which point our usual delivery methods/timescales will resume. No shipping refunds can be given for delays to our usual shipping timeframes. Please take this into consideration when selecting a shipping method during these times.
Extended Christmas Returns
Any item(s) purchased from our website between Monday 10th November 2025 and Tuesday 23rd December 2025 can be returned to us up until (and including) Friday 16th January 2026. Any order(s) placed after 23/12/2025 will be subject to our standard 14 days Returns Policy.
