Zip problem again

Cracking jacket , brilliant fit , but the zip has a problem, it comes in the packet zipped up , but when you try to zip it up on the body it's a nightmare, I am 50 and can put my own clothes on by myself, but definitely there is a problem, I can't be the only person that has this problem, the same happened with a technician over shirt in the plus size , but I am reluctant to send this back as it's not worth the hassle , looks good though
