Digital E-Gift Card T&Cs
E-Gift cards are valid for 1 year from purchase.
E-Gift Cards can be used online and in our Sheffield Flagship Store.
If you have to return goods you’ve purchased using an E-Gift card, the balance will return to the card for you to use on a future order.
HOW TO SPEND:
ONLINE
▪ Simply go to www.WEEKENDOFFENDER.com
▪ At checkout enter the 16 digit code in the box titled 'Discount code or gift card' and click 'Apply'.
▪ After entering the E-Gift card code, your order will be automatically updated and deduct the value from the card. If there is any balance to pay, you can do this using any of our available payment methods.
If you don't spend the full value on the E-Gift card, the remaining balance can be viewed through the link 'View gift card balance' for you to use on a future order.
If you find that your E-Gift card is not accepted at checkout, check the code you’ve entered and try again. If you continue to experience any further difficulties, please contact us via email at customercare@weekendoffender.com or by calling us on +44(0)1332 342 068.

Monday-Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm (BST/GMT)
Friday: 8am - 4:00pm (BST/GMT)
IN-STORE
▪ Have a copy of your E-Gift card code on your person via screenshot, email or print out.
▪ Provide your E-Gift card code to a member of staff at checkout.
▪ After using the E-Gift card at checkout the value will be deducted from the card. If there is any balance to pay you can do so via cash or card.
If you don't spend the full value on the E-Gift card, the remaining balance can be viewed through the link 'View gift card balance' for you to use on a future order.
Please note: E-Gift cards cannot be used in our Bridgend Outlet store.
Any unused Gift Cards purchased from us before 2019 are null and void. Please contact us if you require any further information.
